Make your celebration unforgettable. Host a pool party or special event at Schweitzer Wellbeing Center.

To help ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we ask that you submit pool rental requests at least 14 days in advance. This advance notice allows our team to coordinate staffing, prepare the facility, and avoid conflicts with existing programs or reservations.
We understand that plans don’t always come together that far ahead. We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests when:

• Adequate staffing is available.
• The request does not interfere with previously scheduled programs, events, or rentals.
• We can meet operational needs and safety requirements.

Submitting your request early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date and time. However, we encourage you to reach out even if your request is short notice. We’ll do our best to help whenever possible.
