Swim Lessons
Build confidence, safety skills, and a lifelong love of the water! Our swim lessons are taught by supportive instructors who create a positive, step-by-step learning environment. Classes emphasize small group sizes, clear skill progressions, and strong safety practices. Each class has a certified lifeguard on duty.
Class Levels We Offer
Parent and Child
Ages: 6 months-3 years
A parent/guardian and their young child enjoy a playful introduction to water together, guided by an instructor.
Primary Swim
Ages: 3-6 years
- PS 1: Students are new to swimming, may be hesitant around water, and require full assistance.
- PS 2: Students are comfortable submerging and can float or glide with partial assistance.
- PS 3: Students are able to float and glide independently, move confidently in the water, and have basic stroke skills.
Youth Swim
Ages: 6–13 years
- YS 1: Students have beginning water skills, may feel hesitant or unsure how to move in the water, and require full assistance.
- YS 2: Students are able to perform independent floats, have introductory front and back skills, feel comfortable submerging face and ears, and can float and glide with assistance.
- YS 3: Students are developing stroke skills and treading ability and are able to float and glide independently.
- YS 4: Students are able to swim 15+ yards of front crawl and back crawl. Students will focus on stroke improvement, side breathing, and additional strokes, such as breaststroke and butterfly.
- Pre-Swim Team: Students have all the skills up to the YS 4 level. Students will work on stroke refinement, focusing on all strokes, turns, and longer distances, with an introduction to interval swimming and structured sets.
Teen and Adult Beginner
Ages: 14+ years
It’s never too late to learn to swim! Suitable for beginner teens and adults who are new to swimming, may be hesitant around water, and require full assistance.
Teen and Adult Intermediate
Ages: 14+ years
Suitable for teens and adult who are developing stroke skills and treading ability and are able to float and glide independently.
Private Swim Lessons
Prefer one-on-one instruction or lessons with a preselected group? Private lessons are a great choice for swimmers who:
- Want individualized attention and faster results.
- Need support with specific skills.
- Are preparing for swim team tryouts or refining their technique.
- Feel more comfortable learning outside a group setting.
To ensure the best experience, we’ll match swimmers with an instructor whose teaching style and expertise fit their needs.
Registration, Pricing, and Policies
Classes typically meet 1–2 times per week for 30–45 minutes, depending on the program. Specific days and times vary by session and can be viewed in the member portal.
Pricing
- 30-minute classes: $8 per class (billed per session)
- 5-minute classes: $10 per class (billed per session)
Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Refund Policy
Before the Session Starts
- Full refund if canceled 4+ days before the session starts
- 50% refund if canceled 3 days before the session starts
- No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the session starts
After the Session Starts
- Refunds are only provided for unexpected emergencies or medical situations.
- If approved, refunds are prorated for the remaining classes.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:
- Missed classes.
- Scheduling conflicts.
- Minor illnesses.
- Dropouts after the session begins.
